Job summary

Crowe KL Tax Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to identify and nurture prospective clients and manage a structured pipeline from first contact through close.

You will lead discovery conversations, tailor proposals, and use CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to forecast and report. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or client-facing consulting.
• CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and administrator-level experience is an added advantage.
• Understanding of sales cycles, deal qualification, proposal development, revenue targets, and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in writing and speaking in English.
