Job summary

Symphony Life Berhad is seeking an Executive, Accounts to join our Finance team in Petaling Jaya. This full-time role is based at our Petaling Jaya office.

You will manage monthly closing, revenue recognition, AR/AP activities, and assist with audits and tax estimations, with a Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting and 2–3 years of experience, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of IFCA Property Management System will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous
