Job summary

Be International Marketing Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an energetic Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) within our network.

This hands-on role covers pre-event registrations, on-site execution, and post-event dismantling, requiring travel and weekend hours when needed. You will liaise with IBO leaders, trainers, and internal teams, ensure budgets and materials are in place, and maintain high operational standards for

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in events and coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (basic formulas such as VLOOKUP & Pivot Table).
• Able to communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event & Training Coordination: manage registrations, RSVPs, participant lists and communications.
• Event & Training Planning and Execution: coordinate logistics, schedules, materials, and requirements.
• On-Site Event & Training Support: execute venue setup, provide on-site support, manage registration and attendance.
• Post-Event & Training Activities: dismantling, storage, and post-event reports.
• Administrative Support: process requisitions, maintain records, support budgets and vendor coordination.
