Job summary

BE International Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Executive, Operations for our Kuching branch to support daily branch operations, manage sales processes, inventory, and customer service for Independent Business Owners (IBOs).

You will assist in coordinating branch events, maintain service standards, and work with HQ CS to resolve inquiries, while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience in operations, customer service, retail, or administrative support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a pleasant personality and professional attitude.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch premises, including the event hall, meeting rooms, administration office, sales counter, and common areas, are clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
• Attend to walk-in customers and IBOs professionally, providing accurate information and processing sales orders efficiently.
• Verify payments received and ensure they are accurately recorded and reconciled with daily sales reports.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in stock planning, stock ordering, stock receiving, and inventory replenishment according to operational schedules.
• Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, including online orders for delivery.
• Provide product information, promotional updates, and operational support to IBOs.
• Handle customer service enquiries through the Customer Service System (CSS) and assist with walk-in customer enquiries.
• Work closely with the HQ Customer Service team to resolve customer enquiries promptly and within the required service timeline.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in the preparation and setup of branch events, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Assist in company events and functions as required.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
