This role is responsible for coordinating and executing impactful events that foster Independent Business Owner (IBO) engagement, support recruitment and retention efforts, training, promote network growth, recognize achievements through awards and incentive programs, and strengthen the overall direct selling network.
You will be involved in pre-event registration, planning, on-site execution, and post-event dismantling, ensuring every event runs smoothly and meets operational standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced event environments and working closely with people.
Manage event and training registrations, RSVP tracking, and IBO participant lists.
Coordinate invitations, reminders, and communications for events and training sessions.
Liaise with IBO leaders, trainers, speakers, and internal teams to confirm schedules and program requirements.
Coordinate training logistics, including venue bookings, training materials, attendance tracking, and participant support.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and operational requirements based on approved plans.
Work closely with trainers, speakers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of events and training sessions.
Prepare and maintain event and training materials, presentations, handouts, and supplies.
Ensure training programs are conducted according to the planned agenda and learning objectives.
Execute venue setup, including room layout, stage, audiovisual equipment, signage, and training facilities.
Provide on-site support during events and training sessions and resolve operational issues promptly.
Manage participant registration and attendance.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for attendees throughout the program.
Oversee dismantling and packing of event and training setups.
Ensure all equipment, materials, and training resources are properly stored and accounted for.
Compile attendance records, feedback, and post-event/training reports for review.
Process requisitions for printing, production, training materials, and event supplies.
Maintain event and training records, attendance data, and documentation.
Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks related to events and training activities.
Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in events and coordination.
Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (basic formulas such as VLOOKUP & Pivot Table).
Able to communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
