Job summary

WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an Events Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of corporate and promotional events. You will liaise with vendors, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure events align with the company’s objectives and brand image.

Responsibilities include event strategy, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation. You’ll work with marketing to create invitations and materials, maintain event calendars, and report on ROI and improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in events, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of events coordination or project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events, including corporate functions, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and staff activities.
• Develop event concepts, contact suppliers, and create event costing as part of planning.
• Understand executional challenges and highlight issues to management.
• Coordinate on-site setup, execution, and teardown with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop invitations, brochures, and online content.
• Maintain up-to-date events calendar across company facilities and evaluate post-event ROI.
