Responsibilities

• Assist superiors including regional events sales personnel.
• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner.
• Organize trade shows, functions, and exhibitions.
• Prepare all administration documents.
• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic).

Job description

Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional events sales personnel.

Liaison with advertising agency.

Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.

Assist with compilation of annual budgets

Assist with business plan and action plans

Assist with tender submissions

Guest Experience

Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner.

Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections.

Assist with promotions and familiarizations.

Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions.

Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure.

Responsible Business

Prepare all administration documents

Attend to all sales department mail and maintain correspondence database

Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)

Maintenance and management of database

Statistical collation (weekly)

Stock control of collateral

Create artwork and collateral for flyers

Maintain and update promotional flyers

Maintain stock of printed material

Co-ordinate corporate gifts and promotional items

Assist with new products and services development

Assist with promotional strategies and marketing plans

Execute advertising/creative briefs
