Job summary

Spritzer Bhd is seeking an Events and Promotions Officer to support roadshows, sponsorships and product sampling across Malaysia. The role involves coordinating packaging, delivery, and stock of promotional materials, while ensuring smooth execution at ground events.

If you enjoy fieldwork, meeting people, and solving logistical challenges, you will fit in well. Willingness to travel and weekends is needed, with Mandarin ability being essential for Mandarin-speaking events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support roadshows, sponsorships, product sampling and activations.
• Coordinate packing, delivery, and stock of POSM and materials.
• Process sponsorship requests including approvals and quotes.
• Liaise with promoter agencies on manpower and scheduling.
• Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting.
• Prepare event reports and documentation.
• Ensure activities follow SOPs and processes.

About the Job

This is not a social media role. This is not a graphic design role. This is not a creative marketing / advertising role. If you were thinking of sitting in an office facing your laptop from 9 to 5, this is not for you.

When Spritzer supports a concert, roadshow, sponsorship event, or product sampling activity, you're the person helping ensure the products arrive, the promoters show up, the promotional materials are in place, and everything runs smoothly on the ground.

If you enjoy meeting people, being out in the field, coordinating moving parts, and solving problems as they come up, you'll probably enjoy this role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the execution of roadshows, sponsorships, product sampling activities, brand activations, and community events.
• Coordinate the preparation, packing, delivery, collection, and handling of POSM, promotional materials, booth equipment, and product samples.
• Assist in processing sponsorship and product support requests, including approvals, stock arrangements, quotations, delivery coordination, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with promoter agencies on manpower arrangements, attendance, scheduling, briefings, and event requirements.
• Provide on-site support during events, including booth setup, product sampling activities, stock monitoring, guest arrangements, and troubleshooting when required.
• Work closely with distributors, vendors, agencies, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare and maintain event reports, visuals, stock records, quotations, approvals, and other supporting documentation.
• Ensure all activities are carried out according to company SOPs and processes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Willing to work at Taiping, Perak.
• Willing to travel and support events on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal working hours when required. (Travel costs will be covered)
• Ability to speak and understand mandarin is required as you will attend mandarin speaking events organized by chinese clubs and societies.
• Enjoys working with people and building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to keep track of logistics, stock, materials, and documentation.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments and can stay calm when plans change unexpectedly.
• Takes ownership and follows through until the job is completed.
• Comfortable communicating with agencies, promoters, vendors, distributors, and event organizers.
• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
