Job summary

SBS Nexus Berhad is seeking an energetic Event Sales & Project Manager to drive event sales and oversee flawless execution from concept to delivery. You will engage clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with vendors to ensure memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in events, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure, including weekends when required. Mandarin skills are preferred.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Event Sales & Project Manager to manage event sales and oversee event execution. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys dealing with clients, closing deals, and coordinating events from planning to completion.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the event industry
• Experience in event sales and/or event coordination
• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible hours and weekends when required
• Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin
