Job summary

RED NOSE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Training Specialist to educate promoters, brand ambassadors and event crew across activations in Malaysia. You will design curricula, prepare materials, and evaluate learning outcomes to raise performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching, field visits, and maintaining high grooming and hygiene standards, with frequent travel to activation sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Training, Business or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in training, retail, FMCG, events, brand activation, hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Well-groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Organised, disciplined and process-driven.
• Able to manage groups of promoters with different personalities and experience levels.
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback and correcting poor performance.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and basic training material preparation.
• Willing to travel to activation/event locations when required.
