Job summary

Damoora Catering & Event (by Damoo Group) is seeking energetic individuals to join our logistics and events team in Malaysia. You will assist with loading, transportation, and on-site event setup, ensuring timely delivery and careful handling of equipment and decorations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Candidates may be required to work weekends and public holidays as needed, with opportunities to contribute to weddings and birthday events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or event coordination is an advantage.
• Able to lift and carry catering equipment, food, and decoration items.
• Valid Malaysian driving license (D) is a bonus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting catering equipment, food, and event decoration items.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, wedding or birthday events.
• Drive company vehicles to event locations when required.
• Assist in coordinating transportation and delivery schedules.
• Support on-site event setup, decoration, and dismantling after events.
• Ensure all equipment and items are handled carefully and delivered on time.
• Support in maintaining inventory organization.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers when needed.
