Job summary

Northern Creation is seeking a hands-on Event Manager to lead the Events department, oversee a team, and deliver high-quality events from concept through execution. You will manage client relationships, budgets, proposals, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in an event agency environment.
• Tech-savvy with strong digital tools and creative software such as Canva and AI tools.
• Strong proposal writing, costing, and budgeting skills.
• Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution across multiple projects.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
• Oversee on-site operations and act as escalation point during event execution.
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all events.
• Supervise and guide Event Executives team and review deliverables.
• Allocate resources and coordinate manpower effectively across projects.
• Act as key point of contact for clients and translate objectives into execution plans.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and post-event reports; maintain documentation.
• Monitor budgeting, costing, and vendor coordination to ensure profitability and quality.
