Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic/Multimedia Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce creative visual content across campaigns, marketing, branding, and communications for our brand. You will blend graphic design with multimedia skills to deliver assets that reflect the company's identity and objectives.

The role involves creating digital ads, banners, landing pages, social graphics, animations, and video edits, ensuring brand consistency and collaborating

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects (both graphic and multimedia)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage (optional)
• Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and UX principles
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when deadlines require

Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets including digital ads, banners, landing pages, social media graphics, 2B GTMs
• Create multimedia content such as animations, motion graphics, and video edits for marketing and communication purposes
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and creative outputs
• Work closely within the Marketing and Campaign functions to understand project objectives and deliver designs accordingly
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate campaigns
