Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and technical diagrams.
• Willingness to operate and troubleshoot AV equipment in events.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment.
• Oversee AV setup in banquet and meeting rooms and ensure full operation.
• Replace, repair, or clean equipment as needed and report issues.
• Assist guests with using AV systems and upsell services as appropriate.
• Break down and secure equipment after events; ensure safe cable management.
• Follow MVP SOP guidelines and Marriott safety policies.
