Job summary

Tesla Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. in Johor is seeking a Tesla Advisor for a showroom-style engagement at a career fair. You will guide customers through product knowledge and buying experiences, reinforcing our mission toward sustainable energy.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, sharing product details, scheduling test drives, and maintaining CRM data while supporting sales goals. Evening and weekend work will be required. Knowledge of local EV incentives is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Self-starter with time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Drive sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion.
• Implement policies to satisfy customers while helping Tesla achieve its goals.
• Build customer profiles by understanding needs, timeline, and incentives.
• Educate guests with tailored experiences based on interests and agenda.
• Demonstrate mastery of Tesla products and local incentives for EV owners.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling test drives.
• Regularly update the CRM with accurate sales and delivery information.
