Preeminent Auto Sdn Bhd, authorised ZEEKR dealer, seeks a Service Supervisor to oversee daily aftersales operations and lead the service team at Zeekr Space IOI Mall Puchong. You will coordinate with technicians and parts staff and ensure top‑tier customer service in a premium EV environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI monitoring, and adherence to brand standards, delivering efficient workshop performance and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automotive, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive service advisory or supervisory role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of EV service procedures and automotive workflow preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily aftersales service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of service advisors and workshop technicians.
• Ensure proper service scheduling, job allocation, repair processes, and timely vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department to ensure efficient service operations.
• Monitor service KPIs, including workshop productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and service revenue.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of service-related issues.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance activities meet ZEEKR service standards, safety requirements, and dealership policies.
• Monitor workshop performance, manpower allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review service performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, team productivity, and overall customer experience.
