Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is seeking an EV Car Sales Advisor for the KL showroom. The role focuses on guiding customers through electric vehicle purchases, presenting EV features, and providing a memorable test-drive experience.

You will engage with walk-in and online customers, manage sales leads, achieve targets, and stay updated on EV trends and incentives. A base salary with commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Open to SPM leavers.
• Have sales experience in motor trade industry.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry.
• Candidates with own car is an added advantage.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Able to work at the location as advertised.

Responsibilities

• Represent TQ WULING and promote vehicles, manage sales leads, and achieve targets.
• Engage with walk‑in and online customers to understand needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Promote and sell electric and conventional cars, with emphasis on EV features and ownership experience.
• Explain EV tech, including battery range, charging, maintenance, and cost savings.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on EV trends, incentives, and competitors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Comply with company guidelines and provide high level customer service.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets and maintain showroom presentation.
• Experience selling EVs or hybrids and knowledge of EV charging infrastructure.
