TAN CHONG GROUP (Blue collar) is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through the car-buying journey, with a focus on EVs and hybrid vehicles. You will promote TQ WULING models, manage leads, and close sales, while delivering exceptional showroom experiences.

The role emphasizes EV knowledge, test drives, and building lasting customer relationships, with a contract basis and commission structure to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade sales is preferred.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills are required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent TQ WULING and promote EVs and conventional cars.
• Engage with walk-in and online customers to assess needs and suggest vehicles.
• Explain EV features, battery range, charging options, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicles.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain showroom standards and offer high-level customer service.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
