Job summary

TESLA ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Senior Tesla Advisor/Sales Advisor to welcome walk-in guests, educate them on Tesla products, and deliver a memorable buying experience in our showroom.

You will master product knowledge, explain local incentives, qualify purchase intent, and schedule test drives while maintaining an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about changes in personal transportation.
• Self-starter with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Ethical approach to sales management and operations.
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
• Strong sense of team mentality and reliability.
• Strong communication skills in Local Language and English.
• Demonstrate mastery of Tesla products and services; keep up with EV trends and local incentives.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
• Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion.
• Implement all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping Tesla achieve its goals.
• Understand who our guests are, what brought them to Tesla, their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Profile
• Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agenda
• Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
• Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to management
