Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering or related field.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in aftersales, customer service or service coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple service requests and follow through on outstanding matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Record service requests and gather information for technical assessment.
• Coordinate with technicians and engineers to schedule inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Update customers on appointments, progress and resolution timelines.
• Track outstanding cases and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Process warranty claims and coordinate replacement parts with internal teams and suppliers.
• Guide customers on basic product usage, monitoring applications and maintenance.
• Prepare service quotations and follow up on approvals and payments.
• Escalate urgent, recurring or unresolved issues to the relevant team or management.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service reports and warranty documentation.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction after service completion.
• Prepare aftersales reports and recommend improvements to service delivery.
