Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Sustainable Procurement Coordinator to support the due diligence process under the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). You will help ensure traceability, accuracy, and transparency from raw materials to finished products, strengthening Oleon’s responsible supply chain.

You will work across supplier documentation, data systems, and compliance platforms, collaborating with purchasing, CSR and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain, purchasing and responsible sourcing; palm or soy experience a plus.
• Strong numeric and system skills; Excel and SAP are essential.
• Detail-oriented yet efficient; progress matters.
• Strong communicator across teams and supplier relationships.
• Energetic, proactive, hands-on; you drive the process.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Malaysian or Indonesian Bahasa a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full EUDR process end to end, from purchase to delivery.
• Ensure supplier documentation, legal databases, certification scheme platforms and internal systems are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor and validate data across satellite monitoring, third-party IT systems, the EU TRACES platform, legal databases and RSPO platforms.
• Resolve issues and requests with suppliers and customers, and support grievance management to resolve compliance-related issues.
• Guarantee compliance and traceability for every shipment.
