Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Compliance and Engagement to drive sustainability and responsible sourcing across the supply chain. You will lead engagement with buyers, suppliers, and partners to ensure NDPE, EUDR, and human rights commitments are integrated into operations.

The role requires 5–10 years in supply chain management and strong data governance, with the ability to develop targets, monitor performance and coordinate trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Sustainability or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• 5–10 years in supply chain management, sustainability, compliance or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of due diligence, ESG, human rights, and certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholders in meeting sustainability and responsible sourcing commitments (NDPE, EUDR, Human Rights).
• Engage with ESG matters and maintain rapport with brands, customers, partners and NGOs.
• Develop, implement and monitor sustainability targets aligned with policy 2030.
• Manage sustainability data systems: traceability, legality, NDPE IRF, and HR data.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and training events for stakeholders.
