Job summary

EcoVadis is seeking a data management professional to accurately enter supplier information into our database, ensuring data integrity through research and validation. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather required details and maintain compliance with our methodologies.

The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and meeting daily targets while supporting cross-functional teams in a global sustainability ratings environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data or internet research is advantageous.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required (written and spoken).
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel and Word, plus other desktop tools.
• High attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internet-research to qualify and validate companies' registered information (legal entity, business activity, scope of operations).
• Input company information into EcoVadis suppliers’ database using country registers and online databases.
• Respond to client queries via email and contact internal/external stakeholders for information.
• Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, rules, and guidelines during qualification.
• Work independently to achieve set quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of the Qualification process.
• Collaborate with teams such as Support and Commercial to support processes.
• Accept other responsibilities related to the function as required.
