Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant manufacturing experience.
• Able to work in chemical, hot and noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up new product including machine tool installation and machine parameters setting.
• Set up machine preparation and process according to work order.
• Fix and maintain stability on all production including machine or process in manufacturing.
• Perform routine chemical replenishment if necessary
• Perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process
• Assist in machine schedule preventive maintenance programs
• Maintaining 5s at the work place.
• Preparation of production report and record according to the production procedures

Education

Certificate/Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
