Job summary

Advanced Assembly Materials in Pasir Gudang, Johor, invites applications for a production/maintenance technician role. The job involves setting up new products with machine tool installation and parameter setting, preparing machines per work orders, and maintaining stability across production processes in a chemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new product including machine tool installation and machine parameters setting.
• Set up machine preparation and process according to work order.
• Fix and maintain stability on all production including machine or process in manufacturing.
• Perform routine chemical replenishment if necessary
• Perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process
• Assist in machine schedule preventive maintenance programs
• Maintaining 5s at the work place.
• Preparation of production report and record according to the production procedures
