Job summary

JinkoESS is seeking an ESS Field Application Engineer to join our team in Malaysia or the Philippines. The role involves commissioning and aftersales support for energy storage systems and related equipment, with a balance of remote and on-site work and frequent travel.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, conduct training for client operations, and contribute to continuous product improvement through on-site feedback and SAT reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years energy storage system commissioning experience.
• Experience with SAT processes and reports.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Ability to train clients and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide factory acceptance test support for ESS products.
• Lead site commissioning and SAT reporting to HQ and client.
• Train O&M personnel at client sites for normal operation.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site maintenance support.

This role is responsible for performing commissioning and aftersales support for energy storage systems (ESS) and auxiliary equipment. This role involves a mix of remote and on-site work, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful project completion. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, conduct training, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Location：Malaysia/Philippine（This role involves a mix of remote and on-site work, with frequent travel globally.）

• Provide necessary support for factory acceptance test of ESS products;
• Manage the site commission process guideline book/videos；
• Generate SAT report to HQ and client side；
• Training O&M person from client site for normal operation；
• Provide after-sales support, provide remote and occasional on-site support for maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
• Have 3-5 years energy storage system /PCS station/PV farm commissioning(SAT) experience, can independently handle SAT works；
• Willing for global travel;
