Job summary

HAWK FILTRATION (SEA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an ESH Officer to ensure compliance with Malaysian safety, health and environmental laws. The role requires a Green Book SHO with DOSH, a degree or diploma in OSH or related fields, and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing.

You will manage RBA/SMETA and ISO audits, develop ESH policies, and coordinate safety training and incident investigations across the factory. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Green Book SHO registration with DOSH (JKKP).
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant ESH experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with RBA (formerly EICC), SMETA, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits and corrective actions.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RBA, SMETA and ISO management systems and audits.
• Lead safety and health committee activities and incident investigations.
• Oversee environmental and scheduled waste management and regulatory reporting.
• Manage safety training, safe work practices and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate contractor safety and risk assessments for factory expansion.
