Recron Malaysia is seeking an ESG & ISO Coordinator to manage ESG, ISO, sustainability, and certification activities at our Melaka site. You will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Marketing, and Site Management to ensure data accuracy, certification compliance, and continuous improvement.

The role involves monitoring ESG KPIs, preparing documentation, coordinating internal and external audits, and maintaining traceable records to meet customer and corporate ESG requirements.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across departments.
• Experience with ISO, ESG, and sustainability requirements is a plus.

We are looking for an ESG & ISO Coordinator to coordinate ESG, ISO, sustainability, and certification activities at our Melaka site. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, Marketing, Site Management, and other related departments to ensure effective data management, certification compliance, audit coordination, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the site focal person for ESG and sustainability matters.

Coordinate ISO, ESG, sustainability, and certification activities with relevant departments.

Collect, review, verify, and consolidate data from various departments.

Prepare and maintain certification documentation and supporting evidence.

Upload required data and documents to relevant certification/customer portals.

Prepare reports, customer questionnaires, action plans, and management updates.

Monitor ESG KPIs, targets, and improvement action plans.

Monitor energy, water, emissions, waste, and other relevant environmental indicators.

Coordinate internal and external audits, assessments, and certification activities.

Follow up on audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Identify audit gaps, abnormal trends, and overdue actions and highlight them to management.

Conduct gap analysis and support identification of related budget requirements.

Support improvement projects and sustainability initiatives.

Work closely with Production and Engineering on ISO and brand-related certifications.

Maintain accurate, traceable, and up-to-date records.

Keep updated on relevant customer and corporate ESG/sustainability requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing or a related industry.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.

Ability to compile, review, maintain, and upload documents with good traceability.

Added Advantages

Knowledge of ISO, ESG, and sustainability requirements.

Knowledge of energy, water, carbon, and waste reporting.

Experience in audit or customer assessments.

Exposure to Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 calculations.

Experience in ISO, ESG, or compliance-related work.

3-5 years of relevant working experience.
