Job summary

Recron Malaysia is seeking a Boilerman with Grade 1 Certificate to ensure steam boiler efficiency and continuous steam supply for production.

The role requires rectification and troubleshooting of boiler faults, preventive maintenance, and compliance with housekeeping standards. Hostel is provided for successful applicants, with shift work allowed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Grade 1 Boilerman Certificate.
• Willing to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
• Able to work on shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam boiler to ensure efficient running and continuous steam supply.
• Rectify and troubleshoot boiler faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on boiler.
• Lead water chemical treatment program for boiler.
• Complete daily operation checklist.
• Maintain Thermaic Oil Heaters with proper log sheets.
• Maintain production hot water tank system.
• Keep workplace clean and maintain good housekeeping.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Boilerman with Grade 1 Certificate (NILAI)

To ensure steam boiler running efficiently and continuous steam supply to production.

To perform rectification and troubleshooting on steam boiler.

To perform preventive maintenance and minor repair on steam boiler.

To perform water chemical treatment program on steam boiler.

To perform daily operation checklist.

To taking care of production hot water tank system

To taking care of hand tools.

To maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.

To perform any other duty that may assigned by the superior.

Maintain good attitude and attendance always.

Make sure Thermic Oil Heaters are well maintained and proper log sheet is taken time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a valid Grade 1 Boilerman Certificate.

Able to work on shift.

Applicant must be willing to work at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Applicants should be should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.

Hostel will be provided for successful applicant (subject to availability).
