Inuka Partners in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an ESG Manager to lead ESG integration across the investment lifecycle, overseeing due diligence and alignment with international standards. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will work with internal teams, project companies, advisers, and lenders to ensure responsible investment decisions.

You will conduct environmental and social due diligence, coordinate impact assessments, monitor compliance with IFC Performance Standards and lender requirements, and support

Qualificações

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 10+ years in ESG, sustainability, or impact investing.
• Experience in renewable energy, water, wastewater, or waste infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ESG due diligence for potential investments.
• Coordinate ESG impact assessments during development and specialist studies.
• Monitor ESG compliance with internal policies, IFC standards, and lender requirements.
• Conduct project site audits, identify risks, and oversee corrective action plans.
• Review ESG data and contribute to investor reporting.
• Support community development programmes and ESG strategy initiatives.
• Develop ESG guidance and deliver training to internal teams and project companies.
• Maintain ESG documentation, action plans, and compliance trackers.
