Job summary

Climate Fund Managers seeks an experienced ESG Manager to support the Malaysia Climate Infrastructure Fund and other funds. The role requires autonomy, coordination, and direct engagement with internal and external stakeholders and project companies.

The position is based in Kuala Lumpur with periodic travel to Singapore, reporting to the Regional ESG Manager. A strong background in ESG standards and investment processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in an ESG-relevant discipline (environmental science, sustainability, engineering, development studies).
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Malay is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG integration across the investment lifecycle, including due diligence, project development, compliance monitoring, reporting and training.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and project companies.
• Maintain ESG action plan trackers and project documentation.
