You will work with cross-functional teams across markets to improve data quality and contribute to ESG insights used by clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading and comprehension at minimum secondary school level).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing disclosure information and numerical datasets.
• Adaptable to changes in ESG standards, data requirements, and market environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect ESG related quantitative and qualitative data from multiple information sources including annual reports, sustainability reports, websites, and other filings of publicly traded companies.
• Research and analyse collected data as per a pre-defined ESG Ratings methodology.
• Support analysis with brief comments and rationale.
• Provide appropriate references of source documents used.
• Process data according to set timeliness, including data coming from Contributors.
• Support specific projects, as assigned by manager.
• Responsible for delivering high efficiency and quality data.
• Proactively identify and resolve data problems.
• Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process.
