Job summary

Lubrizol Advanced Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead development and commercialization of ESD polymer products across Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global technology teams to drive innovation, solve technical challenges, and accelerate commercialization.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Polymers with 5+ years in polymer application and product development, proficient English communication, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Master and above degree in Polymers, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related subjects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization, and commercialization of ESD/IDP polymer products and solutions.
• Partner with manufacturing and process technology teams for scale-up, process optimization, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
• Support product portfolio development and technology roadmaps to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers, delivering high-quality technical support in ESD business.
• Work with customers to translate application requirements into product specifications.
