Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and commercialization of ESD/IDP polymer products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process technology for scale-up and process improvements.
• Support portfolio development and technology roadmaps for market competitiveness.
• Serve as primary technical interface for key TPU customers across Southeast Asia.
• Translate customer needs into product specifications and new development directions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
