Day‑to‑day

• Support employee experience initiatives across the APAC region
• Assist in creating engaging internal communications (emails, newsletters, campaigns)
• Help coordinate employee events such as all‑hands, Kick‑Offs, and culture moments
• Work with the team to plan and schedule communications aligned with global activities
• Help manage internal communications channels and keep content fresh and engaging
• Support the creation of content for internal newsletters and digital platforms
• Assist in gathering insights and feedback to improve communications and engagement
• Work with different teams and stakeholders, learning how to collaborate effectively

Your skills and experiences might also include

• Basic experience or interest in design tools (e.g. Canva) or content creation
