Job summary

Sirijaya Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a BOM and ERP data entry specialist to create product codes and maintain Bills of Materials for Finished Goods, WIP, and Raw Materials used in Lighting & Cable Support System products.

You will review drawings, enter BOM data into ERP, maintain Excel records, and prepare daily reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create product codes and BOM for Finished Goods, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Raw Materials (applicable for Lighting & Cable Support System)
• Review BOM lists and drawings prior to data entry
• Key in BOM information accurately into the ERP system
• Record BOM specifications in designated Excel worksheets
• Maintain and update daily reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Adhere to relevant procedures, work instructions, safety regulations, and company rules and policies
• Follow management directives and standard operating procedures at all times
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by team leader/superior
