Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Penang, Bayan Lepas is seeking a Diploma-trained technician to perform setup, maintenance, and repair of our test equipment used in Final Test.

You will support maintenance projects, contribute to hardware performance improvements, and participate in 5S on the production floor while adhering to safety SOPs. Fresh graduates welcome, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; semiconductor Backend experience is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Good attendance, responsible, and eager to learn.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
• Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
