Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a hands-on technician to perform setup, maintenance, and repair of test equipment used by Test Manufacturing. You will support continuous improvement projects, analyze weaknesses, and contribute to safety and 5S on the production floor.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior backend/ATE tester experience is a plus, and the role requires 12-hour rotating day/night shifts. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test) with ATE testers and test handlers is a plus.
• Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
