Job summary

Eastfound Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive maintenance technician to support our high-tech logistics equipment. You will troubleshoot Schlatter equipment malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, oversee refurbishment, and assist with installation and commissioning of new systems.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in maintaining Inverter, Servo Drive, Hydraulic system or Pneumatic system is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and operate tools (e.g., welding equipment, electrical meters).
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Schlatter equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance according to inspection plans.
• Oversee refurbishment of old equipment, installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Conduct daily workshop inspections and provide operational guidance to workers on equipment usage.
