• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Cross-train staff and review daily operations.
• Maintain records of costs; review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services.
• Approve client materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain databases and digital tools for service delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships for cost savings; assist in contract negotiations.
• Ensure vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
• Deliver a world-class orientation for new employees.
• Enforce safety standards with staff, clients and vendors; support Service Business Continuity plan.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives; establish new techniques as needed.
• Lead by example and build consensus, aligning with CBRE RISE values.

**About the Role:**As a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees that oversee the delivery of workplace experience services.This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.**What You’ll Do:**• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.• Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities. Review invoices as needed.• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.• Approve client materials. Ensure materials align with brand guidelines. Maintain the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships with the intention of cost-saving efforts. Assist with negotiations for contract services. Confirm that all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees. Establish new techniques to ensure the team can meet its objectives.• Always enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan.• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.**What You’ll Need:**• Diploma or Degree in related field with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.• In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
