Job summary

Koda is seeking an Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with the EQA 1974 and DOE regulations, overseeing emissions, waste, and environmental performance at our Kulai, Johor facility.

You will monitor air emissions, wastewater discharge, scheduled waste handling, and regulatory submissions, coordinate monitoring activities, and maintain accurate environmental records. The role requires analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to train staff and liaise with authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in environmental management (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of EQA 1974 and DOE requirements.
• Familiar with scheduled waste and environmental monitoring.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
