Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to align all regulatory and project environmental requirements. You will coordinate activities with EQA Regulation, Local Authority, and site teams to ensure compliant delivery.

Responsibilities include liaising with authorities, supervising environmental programs, advising management, and ensuring adherence to environmental laws. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 5 years of environmental management and implementation in construction.
• Familiarity with EQA, Local Authority and environmental laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Ability to lead and manage diverse project teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

• Maintain records of permits, audits, and training

• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations and best practices
• Ability to lead and manage diverse project teams effectively
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
