Job summary
ADP is hiring GV Support Consultant - SAP HR/Payroll. The role provides 2nd and 3rd level post-live support within SLAs, including investigation, configuration, testing and documentation. You will prepare functional specs, coordinate SAP Note applications and liaise with Account Management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- SAP coursework, training, or certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and procedures.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level post-live issue resolution within SLA timeframes.
- Prepare functional specifications and change control requests.
- Ensure customer needs are communicated to GlobalView Product Manager.
- Coordinate SAP Note application as an Advanced Correction when required.
- Liaise with Account Management and support lifecycle of mini projects.
- Deliver consulting services to clients and share knowledge with teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADP GlobalView SAP applications.
