Qualifications

• Willingness to work in shifts, including 12-hour patterns.
• Certifications related to provided services add weight.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails and chats from customers and route requests as needed.
• Provide technical support for IT operations and applications per documented procedures.
• Identify common incidents and opportunities to reduce incidents.
• Investigate first-line incidents and determine root cause.
• Use FAQs and tools to troubleshoot and dispatch onsite support when required.
• Meet customer SLAs and manage expectations for issue resolution.
• Log calls accurately in the helpdesk/CRM system for traceability.
• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions.
