Job summary

First Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with managers on daily HR matters within a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, workforce planning and development, while ensuring fair HR practices.

The role requires strong English and Malay communication, collaboration with specialist HR teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years HR experience welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support employee relations and grievance handling.
• Coordinate performance and talent reviews, and development plans.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and redeployment.
• Support compensation planning and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and data-driven presentations.
• Coordinate HR programmes, training and engagement activities.
• Prepare employee communications in English and Malay.
• Guide managers on HR policies and systems.
