Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities across assigned departments (e.g., Process, Quality, Test, Maintenance, or R&D).
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI), process setup, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and basic failure analysis.
• Monitor and improve product quality, yield, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor.
