Job summary

Venture – Technocom Systems Sdn Bhd in Tebrau, Johor, seeks an Engineer (Test/NPI/Process) to drive test strategy, NPI projects, and process improvements in a high‑volume electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong integrity, initiative, urgency, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies, flow, and procedures for production testing.
• Plan test capacity and optimize tester utilization.
• Improve test yield through CIP/RMA activities.
• Validate and maintain test equipment and master list.
• Lead Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians and ensure quality compliance.
• Support NPI and product transfer activities.
• Generate and validate test reports and firmware change notes.
