• Assist in credit facilities and collections in collaboration with sales.
• Update commission reports monthly.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and flag unusual requests to sales.
• Handle customer complaints with inter-department follow-up within time frames.
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Process sample requisitions and related forms when necessary.
• Generate debit/credit requisitions and general customer service admin.
• Ensure reports and tracking are well maintained.
