Job summary

Arkema Coating Resins Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Pasir Gudang is seeking a Customer Service or Supply Chain Executive responsible for managing customer orders, preparing export/import documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting credit facilities in collaboration with the sales team.

You will maintain strong customer relations, handle enquiries and complaints, process samples, issue quotations and admin tasks, and ensure HSEQ compliance while contributing to reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma holder (Business Administration) with 3 years working experience in manufacturing with knowledge of MPS (Master Production Scheduling), shipping procedure, Letter of Credit and stock planning, trade exemption.
• Committed and good team leader
• Good knowledge in concept of MPS (Master Production Scheduling), logistic facilities as well as trade exemption.
• Possess on analytical skill and positive mindset for improvement on specific task assigned.
• Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
• Good communications (written, verbal & presentation) and listening skill.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office.
• Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and confirm delivery dates within lead times.
• Prepare documentation for customers and financial institutions.
• Coordinate 3rd party logistics for exports and local transport.
• Assist with credit facilities and collections with sales.
• Update monthly commission reports.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to address needs.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries with appropriate personnel.
• Process sample requisition forms and dispatch modes.
• Issue debit/credit requisitions, quotes, and related admin tasks.
• Maintain related reports and tracking systems.
• Adhere to HSEQ policies and safety responsibilities.
