Job summary

You will assist with scheduling, data analysis, procurement and budget tracking, helping ensure projects run smoothly and on time, while gaining hands-on experience in a heavy industry environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in palm oil mill or heavy industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with daily tasks including manpower planning and file management.
• Support project management, track progress, and organize documents and reports.
• Assist in data analysis and provide support for technical decisions.
• Help prepare project schedules, equipment inspection and maintenance plans.
• Assist in procurement, maintenance, and management of technical equipment.
• Track project budget and expenses; assist in budgeting and reporting.
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
